You must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in the Philippines to register and play on aroonplay, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
Each player may hold only one aroonplay account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
All aroonplay bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your aroonplay login credentials. aroonplay will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated software, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and underage gambling are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.

Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and aroonplay ("aroonplay," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the aroonplay website at aroonplay.club and all associated services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use any aroonplay service.
By accessing the aroonplay platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or playing any game available on aroonplay, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Age Restriction: aroonplay is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. Registering an account while underage is a violation of Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, and these Terms. aroonplay conducts age verification and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
To be eligible to register an account with aroonplay, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an account:
Registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, and confirmation of age eligibility. aroonplay reserves the right to require additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before approving an account, processing a withdrawal, or activating a bonus. Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to: government-issued Philippine ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID.
By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information submitted is truthful and that you meet all eligibility criteria stated above. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
One Account Rule. Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on aroonplay at any time. If aroonplay determines that a player has opened or is operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — aroonplay reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed, and retain any balances pending investigation. Players found to have exploited multiple accounts to gain promotional advantage may be permanently banned.
Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aroonplay username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. aroonplay will never request your password through any channel. You must notify aroonplay support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. aroonplay is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure them.
Account Verification. aroonplay may at any time, and particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, require you to complete identity verification. Failure to complete requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. aroonplay may apply an inactivity fee consistent with applicable Philippine regulations, deducted monthly from the account balance, after notifying the account holder. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be permanently closed.
Accepted Payment Methods. aroonplay accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. aroonplay does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own charges.
Currency. All aroonplay accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Transactions involving foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. Conversion fees, if any, will be disclosed prior to confirmation.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
aroonplay targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking business day. aroonplay reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: aroonplay is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA). Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. aroonplay may freeze and report any account where money laundering is suspected, without prior notice to the account holder.
aroonplay offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:
aroonplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any specific promotional terms in effect at the time a player has already opted in.
All games available on aroonplay are provided by certified third-party game developers and operate on verified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. aroonplay does not accept liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. In the event of a malfunction of any game software — including, but not limited to, display errors, incorrect payout calculations, or server disconnections — aroonplay reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes. Any winnings resulting from a documented software malfunction are void and will not be paid out.
Game outcomes, including live casino dealer results, are final once a round has been completed and settled. aroonplay does not reverse or adjust game outcomes based on post-round player complaints, except in cases of proven and documented software error.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aroonplay platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any aroonplay content without the prior written consent of aroonplay.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aroonplay's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to aroonplay in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
aroonplay shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses; (b) loss of profits or gaming winnings arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions; (c) losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials; or (d) any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
The aroonplay platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by Philippine consumer protection law. aroonplay does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time.
aroonplay reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — defined as changes that may adversely affect player rights or obligations — aroonplay will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform.
Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter obligations, or updates required by applicable law) may take effect immediately. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of aroonplay following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the aroonplay platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the first instance, players are encouraged to resolve disputes informally by contacting aroonplay's 24/7 live chat support. aroonplay commits to acknowledging disputes within 24 hours and resolving them within ten (10) business days wherever possible. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.
Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
